a 12 month warranty as long as the maintenance
service is performed by G&T within the
warranty period.

The reliability of the elevator's security systems has a
critical importance to our company. This is why
we perform all necessary controls
with specific charts and send reports
through authentic means (COMPLAINT
FORMS), so that the user has proper information
for decision making.

All personnel performing repair, complaint answering or
greasing services has a valid insurance policy
(FEDERACION PATRONAL ART) according to applicable law.
Our company also has a liability insurance
policy (SEGUROS FEDERACION PATRONAL) for any injuries to third parties
occurred as a consequence of the use of any elevator
included in our service.
